Bow and Arrow Canyon

Calling all adventurers, families, and history buffs! This canyon hosts ancient magic and an incredible land arche. Guarded by a one-hour approach, you can find ancient petroglyphs, hidden arches, and several fun rappels! Maybe even some water to splash in! Indiana Jones himself would approve.

Winding your way through the desert is the warm-up to this majestic canyon. Be prepared for a one-hour approach on variable terrain. Often some water pools, which are avoidable (but more fun if you go through!) Additionally, this canyon has rappels suited for beginners!

Pool Arch Canyon
Intermediate

Pool Arch is a moderate adventure deep into the magical canyons near Moab. The approach takes you up up and above the famous Pool Arch. Here a 135ft rappel deposits you below the arch (and into the pool!) Walking out the canyon, enjoying two more rappels it is a great option for the more adventurous folks or families.

This is an intermediate trip and it is recommended you have hiking endurance as the approach can be quite hot. It is a great canyon to practice your navigating and rappelling skills and enjoy the hidden valleys and sites of Moab.
